What we process
Only what you send with the forms on the site. Artist form: your act name, email address, phone number (if you give it), genre, links, preferred dates and your message. Lost item form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the lost item, the date and its description.
Why
To reply to your application and agree on a possible gig, or to look for your lost item and tell you whether we found it. The processing is based on the consent you give when you send the form.
Who handles the data
What you send is saved in our admin system (Google Firebase, data stored in Finland) and a copy is sent to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which also sends artists an automatic confirmation. Messages are kept in our Google Gmail inbox. FormSubmit and Gmail may also process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. We never sell your data or use it for marketing.
How long
Lost item queries are deleted from our admin system automatically after 90 days. The copies in our email inbox and other messages we keep as long as they are needed to stay in touch, for at most two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies and no visitor tracking. The server (Google Firebase Hosting) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run the service and keep it secure.
